HAD TO COLLECT MY GOODS AT THE FRONT DOOR DIDN'T WANT TO BRING THE PAID GOODS TO THE 7TH FLOOR, ELEVATOR ALSO AVAILABLE. I ASKED TO CONNECT MY SAT SYSTEM IN THE BUSINESS IT WAS SIMPLY NOT HEARD. MONOPOLY POSITION IS ALWAYS BAD FOR THE CUSTOMER. I CANNOT RECOMMEND !! MY GOODS WERE NOT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, JUST PACKED IN SOME OTHER PACKAGING

Nobody has that much choice when it comes to electrical goods in Eschweiler. The man simply has a lot and tries to satisfy even the smallest customer even in these difficult times, plus a very friendly and helpful man. Can only be recommended Johnen!
