Wie geht diese Einrichtung mit Angehörigen in Corona Zeiten um, wo Besuche nicht erlaubt sind? Update nach weiteren 4 Stunden: immer noch kein Gespräch mit dem Arzt, der angeblich alleine sämtliche Stationen und fde Notfallambulanz betreut. Trying since 5! Hours to get our mother's treating doctor on the phone, who was admitted to the emergency room this morning. How does this facility deal with relatives in Corona times where visits are not allowed? Update after another 4 hours: still no conversation with the doctor who supposedly looks after all stations and the emergency room alone.

Dafür komme ich gerne aus Hagen. DANKE! Great children's clinic, great delivery room !! The employees there as well as doctors are super friendly and competent. You feel in good hands. A	Anika Tepper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bewerten kann ich nur die Kinderchirurgie und die Station 11. Wir waren dort für 10 Tage aufgrund einer Not-Op meiner Tochter. Egal ob Ärzte oder Pflegekräfte es waren alle sehr nett zu uns und haben einen guten Job gemacht. Obwohl das Krankenhaus sehr voll war, wurde darauf geachtet, dass die Kinder möglichst nichts von der Hektik mitbekommen und Fragen wurden ausführlich beantwortet. Obwohl es meiner Tochter (6 Jahre) wirklich schlecht ging und sie eine sehr schmerzhafte Tortur hinter sich hat, hat sie dank der freundlichen Pfleger und Ärzte eher eine positive Erinnerung an den Aufenthalt. Zudem sind Räumlichkeiten sehr sauber. I can only rate the pediatric surgery and ward 11. We were there for 10 days because of an emergency operation on my daughter. Whether doctors or nurses, everyone was very nice to us and did a good job. Although the hospital was very full, care was taken to ensure that the children did not notice the hectic pace as much as possible and questions were answered in detail. Although my daughter (6 years old) was doing really badly and had a very painful ordeal behind her, thanks to the friendly nurses and doctors she had rather positive memories of the stay. In addition, the rooms are very clean.

Dass mir jedoch bei der Unfallchirurgie, auf die Nachfrage, ob mir die Krankenpflegerin mir denn zumindest die E-Mail weitergeben kann, damit ich Berichte über den Krankenhausaufenthalt meiner Mutter anfordern kann, aufgelegt wird, ist einfach nur maßlos despektierlich. "kommen sie auf den Punkt" "nein, ich kann Ihnen nicht die E-Mail sagen, ich stecke hier in einem Notfall, verstehen sie das nicht?" the hospital staff is understaffed nationwide and the stress that the nursing staff are put under is unreasonable, I understand that. However, when I asked if the nurse could at least send me the e-mail so that I could request reports on my mother's stay in the hospital, the trauma surgery department hung up on me, is just grossly disrespectful. "Get straight to the point" "No, I can't give you the email, I'm stuck here in an emergency, don't you understand?"

Auf der Station der Geburtshilfe und dem Kreißsaal sehr nettes und engagiertes Pflegepersonal, Hebammen und Ärzte. Nach der Geburt wurden wir als Eltern optimal begleitet. Zudem wurde uns eine Menge Wissen mit auf den Weg gegeben. Die Zimmer sind modern gestaltet. Das Essen ist außergewöhnlich gut. Perfectly organized from reception management to the ward. Very nice and committed nursing staff, midwives and doctors on the obstetrics ward and the delivery room. After the birth, we were optimally accompanied as parents. We were also given a lot of knowledge along the way. The rooms are modern designed. The food is exceptionally good.
m	marie baumgardt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr fachlich und Kompetent die Ärzten Insgesamt. Die Organisation die Absprache zwischen Ärzten und Pflegekräften funktioniert sehr gut. Bin sehr zufrieden? Die Pflegekräften sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Meine Tochter hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt auf Station 11 Kinderchirurgie. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen? Very professional and competent the doctors overall. The organization of the consultation between doctors and nursing staff works very well. I am very satisfied ? The nursing staff are very helpful and friendly. My daughter felt very comfortable in Ward 11, Pediatric Surgery. I can only recommend ?
R	Ronni Fischer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich tue ich mich echt schwer, nur drei Sterne zu vergeben, denn ich weiß, dass man als Patient ja nicht der Einzige ist. Schließlich haben die Pflegerinnen und Ärztinnen echt viel um die Ohren. Aber wenn man da liegt und Antworten haben möchte über den weiteren Verlauf und man zusätzlich über mehrere Stunden des Wartens nichts essen darf, da unter Umständen eine OP anstehen könnte, kann das neben der Angst vor der OP belastend sein. Wohlwissend, dass ich natürlich nicht der Einzige bin, der behandelt werden muss. Actually, I find it really difficult to give only three stars, because I know that as a patient you are not the only one. After all, the nurses and doctors really have a lot on their plate. But if you lie there and want answers about the further course and you are not allowed to eat anything while waiting for several hours because an operation could be pending, this can be stressful in addition to the fear of the operation. Knowing full well that I am of course not the only one who needs treatment.
