★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg slechte informatie, officiële papieren van Nederlandse gemeente wordt niet geaccepteerd en duurt erg lang voordat ik m'n dochters paspoort krijg en vreemde telefoontijden etc.. Steeds bellen en dan weer ziekte of een ander excuus...zou graag in contact komen met een hogere bevoegde, want nu kon m'n dochter al niet mee op schoolreis en je betaald ook nog es flink voor t vernieuwen van het paspoort
Very bad information, official papers from the Dutch municipality are not accepted and it takes a long time before I get my daughter's passport and strange telephone times etc .. Always calling and then again illness or another excuse ... would like to get in touch with a higher competent, because now my daughter could not go on a school trip and you also pay a lot for renewing the passport

I would like to warmly recommend the Swedish Embassy in The Hague. Hugely helpful staff with clear directives when my passport expired during these difficult times. Thanks again for all the help.
