★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with Chinese embassy in NL compared to other Chinese embassy I have been to in europe. don't feel they are trying to help peoole. getting a new passport after mine got stolen takes one month! and they serve No urgent passport service. so if you are Chinese but live in NL, try never lose your passport! because the embassy is not really going to help before one month time. so sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website completely out of date, so when you get to the embassy, there are regularly new rules and you may end up with unforseen costs and a lot of work. The customer rating machines they have are a joke, cause I have not seen much more customer unfriendly service. Make your photocopies at home, cause they charge 50 cents a page (cash only)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them, they guy at the other end of line wasn't trying to help at all, all I felt was impatience and condescension. Wondering how hard it could be for them to hire someone who is professional and knows how to communicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So impolite, not professional, always no one pick the phone no matter how many time you tried, when I submitted the documents, they hold in their office for more than one month without any reason. Unbelievable that Chinese people is such low quality. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The call service is horrible. They are not trying to help people at all, and the attitude of theirs is very rude. I called them this morning, and I feel they were trying to rush me off, then they just hang up on me and I was not even finish my sentence yet. Very disappointed, and I don't understand why they treat our own people this way. It is very wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, this embassy is a joke. 2 simple examples: 1. Nobody picks up the phone. 2. The security in the entrance told me to press #2 on a screen to get a ticket for renewing a passport. When I reached the counter, the staff told me that you've got the wrong ticket, you'd have pressed #3. A lot of time got wasted...not recommended, but you have to go there since they don't have a competitor and they probably don't care all the reviews here...
