 Disgusting attitude, disrespectful and boorish. Phones are abandoned, they cannot answer questions, it is impossible to get through anywhere.

Раньше было гораздо дольше, сегодня я очень доволен. Возможно мне повезло. Но 5.
I asked for time to certify the power of attorney. There were no places. However, three days later they sent the date and time. Very much even arranged (earlier there was a record for two months). Two powers of attorney were made in 40 minutes.
It used to be much longer, today I am very pleased. Maybe I was lucky. But 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arranged documents for our son - the procedure itself is somewhat complicated (e.g. 1 notary document verification per appointment, online appointment system is strange, etc.), but employees are very nice and helpful. For example - we forgot a copy ofone of the the documents - they let us send it to their email at the counter, they printed it out for us; we had a typo in one of the translated documents (wrong date) - they allowed us to send the Word document by email and they kindly corrected it and printed out a new version for us at spot; we came to pick up the document - but the opening hours of the counter have changed (due to COVID) - the lady was very kind and opened the counter for us , despite it was not their working day, etc. We were very positively surprised!
