Der inhaber, Jan ist ein guter trainer. Good service, learned a lot of important things about nutrition. I also did the EMS training and that really made sense. The owner, Jan is a good trainer.

After we transferred, Mr. Khan was no longer available. Steer clear of someone who only collects money and then does not perform.

Unsererseits wurde mehrfach nachgefragt, per Mail wie auch telefonisch, wir werden ignoriert. Nach über einem Monat liegt besagte Auswertung noch immer nicht vor und somit war die Beratung und das Geld umsonst. Sehr schade! Daher nicht weiterzuempfehlen. The personal advice in itself was good, unfortunately the promised evaluation data was never sent. We were asked several times, by email and by phone, we are ignored. After more than a month, said evaluation is still not available, so the advice and the money were free. It's a pity! Therefore not recommendable.
S	Sarah Flach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte am 09.09. einen Termin leider ist das in der Achterstrasse schlecht zu findem da keine Werbung oder Namen zu finden sind.Bin dann etwas durch die Gegend getigert Strasse rauf und runter gegangen gefragt ob jemand wo ich die Ernährungssberatung finde .....kannte keiner selbst die Dame von der Ikk kannte es nicht. Also noch mal,nach mittlerweile auch 12 Anrufen auf die Telefonnummer, die Straße in die andere Richtung runter wo mir dann Gott sei Dank eine Dame vom Pflegedienst half.Diese kannste den "Herrn Khan" und hatte eine Handynummer...letzendlich hätte ich eohl keinen Termin dpr diesen Tag verreinbart ....komisch ..... Groupon Gutschein und Fahrt incl. Parkhaus wie auch Zeit fürn A..... Nie wieder enttäuschend vor allem hinterlässt man seine Nummer auf Band und niemand meldet sich zurück. ...... . .. Had on 09.09. An appointment unfortunately that is difficult to find in the Achterstrasse because no advertising or names are to be found.Bin then something tiger by the area street gone up and down asked if anyone where I find the nutritional advice ..... no one knew even the lady Ikk did not know it. So again, after meanwhile 12 calls on the phone number, down the street in the other direction where, thank God, a lady from the nursing service helped. This can the "Mr. Khan" and had a mobile number ... ultimately I would be vain no date dpr this day verereinbart .... funny ..... Groupon voucher and ride including parking garage as well as time for A ..... Never again disappointing, above all, you leave your number on tape and no one answers back. ...... , ..

Ich rief unter der abgegebenen Telefonnummer an- niemand ging ran. Kann ich nicht empfehlen. Anscheinend bin ich nicht die einzige der das jetzt passiert ist. So braucht man kein Geschäft führen. Simply pathetic. I made a reservation via SocialDeal, went there, rang the bell - nobody opened it. I called the given phone number and nobody answered. I cannot recommend it. Apparently I'm not the only one that has happened now. So you don't need to run a business.

Zuerst haben wir uns ein wenig unterhalten und anschliessend stellte er mir praezise Fragen ueber meine Ziele und was ich von diesem Service erwarte. Anschliessend, fuehrte er den scan mit mir durch und wir besprachen die Ergebnisse. Er erklaerte mir genau, was ich wie machen muss, welche Alternativen es gibt und wie man das Ganze in den normalen Alltag mit einbaut. Alles zusammen TOP ... es gab nichts was er haette besser machen koennen. Ich selbst bin ausgebildeter personal trainer und konnte von Jan noch einiges lernen. Then he did the scan with some sort of a high tech scale ... afterwards we discussed the results and he gave me advice about my training and nutrition and how to apply it to everyday life. Overall an awesome experience that I can only recommend to anyone. Jan is a great guy with awesome positive energy and great knowledge.
