Very professional and assisted me on various issues during this time. Hans, Bianca and Somaia were always on hand if I had any queries, and would sort out anything that I needed help with. β β β β β Iβve worked twice now for ERSG NL and on both occasions Iβve found them extremely professional, well organised and friendly. Both of my jobs have been on Petrochemical shutdowns in the Netherlands, great team put together on both occasions. Hans, Giovanni and the ever patient Bianca in the office are always on hand should the need ever arise. 5star plus as far as Iβm concerned and I look forward to working for them again in the future.

Professional throughout regarding organising quarantine prior during and throughout.
Always updated on relative information for contract.
Travel and accommodation first class.

β β β β β I am writing this review with a pseudo name.
It is with ERSG that I had my worst freelance experience. In more than two years and and a half of contract they withheld about 12% additionnally to the payroll fee they charged, for accruals I βwould be paid out at the end of the contractβ, and they never replied to my countless questions in writing what these accruals were for and that I would like to receive them at least the end of a calendar year.
After 1,5 years of unreplied queries, βsick leave and other legal withholdingsβ came along as an explanation, which was revoked again.
At the end of the contract, I havenβt received these accruals (whatever they were for) and I need to spend money on a lawyer now - because ERSG doesnβt bother to justify any further.
Very unethical, I definitively cannot recommend them.
