★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben vandaag geweest om pleister te halen en betadine die ik niet kon vinden. Wou een medewerkster vragen waar de betadine staan, krijg ik snauwend als antwoord : mevrouw ik ben bezig.
Ik kon mijn oren niet geloven.
Als ze tegen mij zei:heb je een ogenblik, ik kom zo bij je op wat voor toon dan ook, zou ik het begrijpen, waar blijft de klantvriendelijkheid van zo'n groot bedrijf?
Been today to get a plaster and betadine that I couldn't find. If an employee wanted to ask where the betadine is, I get a snarling answer: madam I am busy.
I couldn't believe my ears.
If she said to me: do you have a moment, I'll be with you in any tone, would I understand, where does the customer-friendliness of such a large company go?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt een Amsterdams hoogstandje: verveeld personeel die je amper gedag zeggen en de moeite niet nemen om je te helpen. De producten je wilt hebben, zijn uiteraard uitverkocht, en tot overmaat van ramp is de winkel ook nog eens een rotzooi. Ik kom hier niet weer!
Truly an Amsterdam tour de force: bored staff who barely say goodbye and don't bother to help you. The products you want are of course sold out, and to make matters worse, the store is also a mess. I will not come here again!
