★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie winkel maar personeel is gehaast en chagrijnig bij de simpelste vraag… dan maar naar de kruitvat om de hoek (voor het product die ik zocht zelfs goedkoper)
Nice shop but staff is rushed and grumpy at the simplest question… then to the powder keg around the corner (even cheaper for the product I was looking for)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze Etos als iets retourneert willen ze je geld niet contant terug geven omdat ze alleen pinnen accepteren ok duidelijk dan maar terug storten op je rekeningen en krijg je te horen dat doe we niet ze willen je met een tegoedbon opzadelen. Wat is dit voor winkel!
Return these Etos as something they don't want to give you your money back in cash as they only accept pins ok clear then just deposit back into your bills and you are told we don't want to saddle you with a voucher. What kind of shop is this!

This Etos is the best drugstore in Amsterdam. Excellent service was asked by a lovely lady yesterday if she could help me with something and the choice was already brought to the checkout, layout of the store is top. I recommend this store to everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mevrouw achter de kassa is compleet kansloos. Heeft geen sympathie en zelfs minachtend. Snap wel als je met tegenzin komt, puur voor je loon , maar praat normaal tegen mij ga niet naar je collega schreeuwen dat ik een product retour waar ik mij voor schaam. Mijn zus had ook al een nare ervaring met deze dame. Nooit meer terugkomen.
The woman behind the cash register has no chance at all. Has no sympathy and even contemptuous. Understand if you come reluctantly, purely for your wages, but normally talk to me don't go shout at your colleague that I return a product that I am ashamed of. My sister also had a bad experience with this lady. Never come back again.
