Simply went in to collect a package which was delivered on the 18/12 arrived after confirmed delivery SMS and email only to be told (in a dismissive manner)that it wasn’t there and that some deliveries are sent to the UPS access point at Centuuribaan. After repeated calls to UPS and visit to Centuuribaan all confirming that the package was indeed here. Went back today with many eye rolls and rude attitude from the same woman. Somehow the package turned up today ?. It seems it had been there all along and she couldn’t be bothered to look. Delivery date on box had been amended from 18/12 to 19/12. Won’t use again for deliveries or any purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman working here has an absolutely ridiculous way of speaking to people. She continuously rolled her eyes, sighed and spoke with a huge attitude. I don’t remember the last time someone’s spoken to me the way she did. I understand people have bad days but from reading other reviews she is clearly always like this. Honestly unacceptable
