★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In deze corona tijd kwam ik om wat spulletjes te halen. Dat moet uiteraard met een mandje. Of ik even een mandje wil pakken. Een dame zette net een mandje terug. Ik moest maar even datzelfde mandje pakken. Lekker hygiënisch. Belachelijk dat niemand daar op let. Overal wordt schoongemaakt maar hier moet ik een mandje pakken dat zojuist is gebruikt door iemand anders. Heel heel slecht en niet okay. Ik ben weggegaan.
In this corona time I came to get some things. This must of course be done with a basket. If I just want to grab a basket. A lady just put back a basket. I just had to get that same basket. Nice and hygienic. Ridiculous that no one is paying attention to that. Cleaning is done everywhere but here I have to get a basket that has just been used by someone else. Very very bad and not okay. I left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kruidvat Jan van Galenstraat is the biggest drug store in the neighborhood. Everything you need in personal hygiene etc. They also offer a large selection of candy and chocolate with reduced prices. They also have a shelf of "other items" which you would normally not find in a drugstore with reduced price.

Arrived at our local Kruidvat to pick up our complimentary pregnancy box, only to be offered zero help, be made to pick all of the items off the shelf myself, and then be told I had picked the wrong items and I couldn't continue because the actual items are not on the shelf or in stock. When asking when they would be back in stock, I was told "no idea, just come back another day". How has the male store attendant got a job, with no customer service skills whatsoever.
