Habe eine neue Fernbedienung für meinen Marantz Receiver bestellt. Diese wurde sehr schnell geliefert. Leider lag der Fehler aber nicht an der Fernbedienung, sondern doch wohl am Verstärker selber. Somit ging die Fernbedienung wieder zurück und Herr Uwe Gunkel hat diese anstandslos wieder zurück genommen und mir mein Geld umgehend erstattet! Klasse, Danke
 Great service and a very fast processing of the order.
Have ordered a new remote for my Marantz receiver. This was delivered very fast. Unfortunately, the error was not on the remote control, but probably on the amplifier itself. Thus, the remote control went back and Mr. Uwe Gunkel has taken this back without hesitation and refunded my money immediately! Great thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir mussten uns von einigen Haushaltsgeräten in kurzer Zeit trennen. Ersatz wollten wir eigentlich im Netz bestellen. Da der Markt aber quasi überfüllt von Geräten ist, haben wir uns für eine Beratung im Markt entschieden. Ein Preisvergleich ist dann ja immer noch möglich, haben wir uns gedacht. Schließlich hat uns aber der Service und die Beratung überzeugt lokal zu kaufen. Preislich macht das keinen wirklichen Unterschied und so haben wir immer jemanden im Laden, den man bei Problemen direkt ansprechen kann. Hotlines sind ja meist nett, aber nicht immer zielführend. Wir bereuen unsere Entscheidung nicht einen lokalen und zuverlässigen Händler in Düren gefunden zu haben. Danke an das ganze Gunkel Team. Immer wieder gerne.
We had to part with some household appliances in a short time. We actually wanted to order replacements online. However, since the market is almost overcrowded with devices, we decided to consult the market. A price comparison is still possible, we thought. Finally, the service and advice convinced us to buy locally. In terms of price, it makes no real difference and so we always have someone in the shop who can be contacted directly if there are any problems. Hotlines are usually nice, but not always useful. We regret our decision not to have found a local and reliable dealer in Düren. Thanks to the whole Gunkel team. Always my pleasure.
