★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Trauerspiel das man nicht auf seine Bedürfnisse angepasst beraten wird, stattdessen versucht man das teuerste vom teuersten zu verkaufen.
Habe mich für eine Internet Leitung beraten lassen, man wollte mir eine 1000er Leitung verkaufen. Erstens zweifle ich es an ob die Geschwindigkeit überhaupt bei mir aufm Dorf ankommt. Und zweitens wofür brauche ich eine 1000er Leitung wenn ich lediglich TV über Internet schaue und zwei Handys im WLAN Netz habe. Habe mir nach dieser amateur haften Beratung einfach einen Vertrag im Internet abgeschlossen mit einer 50er Leitung. Und man siehe da, es läuft wunderbar, dafür kostet es nur die Hälfte.
Der Techniker hat nur gelacht als ich ihm erzählte das man im Laden eine 1000er Leitung verkaufen wollte.
Eigentlich bin ich der Meinung das ein Vertrag im Laden abzuschließen besser ist, leider trifft das auf diesen Laden absolut nicht zu. Ich würde diesen Laden nie wieder betreten. ABZOCKER

Actually, I am of the opinion that it is better to conclude a contract in the store, unfortunately that does not apply to this store at all. I would never enter this shop again. ROCKER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einen versprochen Gutschein von Vodafone, im Oktober 2021, gab es bislang nicht. Dafür aber 3 emails das man sich darum kümmern würde. Danach gibt es ab weiteren emails dann keine Antwort mehr. Vodafone sagt das der Shop dafür zuständig wäre. Sehr schade das man versprechen gibt, aber diese nicht hält.
So far there has not been a promised voucher from Vodafone in October 2021. But 3 emails that you would take care of it. After that there will be no response from further emails. Vodafone says that the shop would be responsible for this. It's a shame that you make promises that you don't keep.

Super competent team, good cooperation and absolutely perfect customer service. Every employee was very friendly, and I signed my contract with Mr. Busch. He responded 100% to my wishes and needs of the new contract. I have become a very happy new customer. The boys understand their job.
