Vor Ort mit dem Mitarbeiter den letzten Artikel aus dem LAGER RESERVIERT, beim Abholen 2 Tage später bemerke ich, dass sie mir das AUSSTELLUNGSSTÜCK verpackt unterjubeln wollen, weil sie das Neue an jemand anderen verkauft haben!!! Unfassbar. Werde keinen Fuß mehr da reinsetzen. So was dreistes habe ich noch nie erlebt. Nicht einmal entschuldigt haben sich die Mitarbeiter. Werde jedem aus meinem Umfeld davon abraten ?? Verdient eben die kompetente Konkurrenz mehr...? Experten im Lügen seid Ihr!
I absolutely cannot recommend it! On site with the employee RESERVED the last article from the WAREHOUSE, when I picked it up 2 days later, I noticed that they wanted to give me the EXHIBITION ITEM packed because they had sold the new one to someone else !!! Incomprehensible. Won't set foot in there again. I've never seen anything so bold. The employees didn't even apologize. I will advise everyone in my environment against it ?? Deserves the competent competition more ... ? You are an expert in lying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man sagt das man die kleineren Läden unterstützen soll und nicht Online kaufen soll. Heute habe ich ein Handy gekauft für meinen 80 jährigen Vater, un ihm eine Freude zu machen. Nach ein paar Stunden sagte er, er käme nicht damit zu Recht. Also packte ich es wieder ein und wollte es zu diesem Laden zurück bringen. Ich rief erstmal an. Man sagte mir, wenn der Kleber am Karton ab ist, dürften sie es nicht mehr zurücknehmen. Ich fragte dann was mit dem Wiederrufsrecht ist. Der Wiederrufsrecht wäre nur eine Kulanz des Verkäufers. Nach Gesetz stimmt das schon. Aber ist das die Kundengewinnung des Einzelhandels? Wie soll man den Einzelhandel jetzt noch retten wenn es solche Prinzipienreiter gibt? Man hat das Handy also nicht zurück genommen, nach drei Stunden. Wenn es ein paar Tage wär, hätte ich es Zähne knierschend akzeptiert, aber nach drei Stunden? Einfach traurig.
Dann lieber Online, da habe ich solche Probleme nicht.
They say that you should support the smaller shops and not buy online. Today I bought a mobile phone for my 80 year old father to make him happy. After a few hours he said he couldn't handle it. So I packed it up again and wanted to bring it back to this store. I called first. I was told that once the glue on the box came off they couldn't take it back. I then asked what about the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal would only be a gesture of goodwill on the part of the seller. According to the law, that's true. But is that retail customer acquisition? How are you supposed to save the retail trade now if there are such principle riders? So you didn't take the phone back after three hours. If it was a few days I would have gritted my teeth, but after three hours? Just sad.
Then online, I don't have such problems.

Herr Bajrami war telefonisch immer zu erreichen und wenn nicht rief er zurück .
Ich bin dankbar über die nette Beratung und hier meine Verträge abgeschlossen zu haben . Ich kann diesen Laden sehr empfehlen !

Mr. Bajrami was always available by phone and if not he called back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr schönes Geschäft mit tollen Mitarbeitern/in die immer sehr freundlich sind und natürlich auch hilfsbereit. Man findet sich hier gut zu recht und sollte man mal trotzdem etwas nicht finden oder sonst irgendwelche Fragen haben dann kann man einfach einen Mitarbeiter/in fragen und die helfen einem gerne und kompetent weiter. Parkplätze für Autos gibt es (ganz in der Nähe).
A very nice shop with great employees who are always very friendly and of course helpful. It's easy to find your way around here and if you still can't find something or have any other questions, you can simply ask a member of staff and they will be happy to help you competently. There is parking for cars (very close by).
