The best employee you guys probably have (Anjelica), Informed me, calmed me down, helped me out to find my data in the right form.
Because of her help I could continue my journey to see my big brother and his baby boy.
Day 2 of less regulations bring stress to all.
Anjelica kept her head cool, stayed friendly, patience and helpful.
So @Anjelica; if you get sick of your job and want a new career in Telecom, let me know?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are mostly amazing here. There was one guy who was a manager, not as helpful. Depending on which escalator you come up there are no signs to indicate were to go. There are clear signs to business premier. When we mentioned about the limited signs to the manager he didn't seemed bothered or entertained. I've taken a picture to show the signs to indicate to go to passport control as you come up the escalator. There are zero.
