★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. The customer service desk cannot cancel subscriptions, but request users to cancel the service themselves. Furthermore, having wasted money with the service already, the performance is not reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crooks that refuse to refund for "7-day free trial service" after 4 days access. Stay away from them. A lot of alt.binary.* files are missing at their servers, so the service is pretty useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast, cheap & reliable. Nothing else needs to be said. Recently I discovered that they offer a free speed upgrade if you autorenew. Also they offer a free vpn access that is almost worth the monthly charge alone. I have never had any problems with the service from this company. It just works.
