Al jaren klant bij Realhosting. Bij problemen of vragen kan ik altijd bij ze terecht. Ze denken en kijken mee en alles wordt altijd snel en kundig opgelost. Heel fijn bedrijf waar ik vast nog jaren plezier van heb.
Customer at Realhosting for years. I can always contact them in case of problems or questions. They think and watch and everything is always resolved quickly and competently. A very nice company that I will probably enjoy for years to come.

RealHosting heeft een andere partij overgenomen waar wij onze hosting hadden ondergebracht. De migratie zou geruisloos verlopen. Zonder aankondiging is de midgratie afgelopen donderdag (tijdens kantooruren) gedaan. Sinds donderdagochtend is een en al problemen. De mail heeft 24u niet gewerkt. Bezoekers op onze website kregen een inlogscherm te zien (24u Google Ads uit het raam). Het is inmiddels maandagmiddag en nog steeds werkt de WordPress niet naar behoren. De mail op zondag was het 12e contactmoment als ik alle telefoontjes mee tel. Het is inmiddels maandagmiddag en het probleem is nog altijd niet verholpen.
RealHosting has taken over another party where we housed our hosting. The migration would be smooth. Midgration was completed last Thursday (during office hours) without notice. Since Thursday morning has been all problems. The mail has not worked for 24 hours. Visitors to our website were shown a login screen (24h Google Ads out the window). It is now Monday afternoon and the WordPress is still not working properly. The email on Sunday was the 12th contact moment when I count all the phone calls. It is now Monday afternoon and the problem has still not been solved.

Inmiddels werkt onze website nu bijna een week niet voldoende door fouten van RealHosting bij het overzetten na een overname. Dit is onze core business en de klantenservice (inmiddels 20x gesproken) blijft ons afhouden (ga het doorzetten etc). Echt onbehoorlijk! RealHosting reageert op reviews met dat mensen met een klacht publiciteit zoeken.. In dit geval komt dat alleen maar doordat problemen niet opgelost worden en ik niet zou weten wat ik anders nog moet doen. We hebben het echt geprobeerd! Wij missen nu ruim 5 dagen aan verkeer en onze Google Ads zijn weggegooid geld. Medewerkers zitten op kantoor terwijl ze niets kunnen doen, mails missen, onze backend werkt niet goed, ga zo maar door. Ik hoop dat dit nu toch echt vandaag opgelost gaat worden en wij niet wederom op een stapel komen..
For almost a week now, our website is not working sufficiently due to errors by RealHosting when transferring after an acquisition. This is our core business and customer service (now spoken 20 times) continues to hold us back (keep it going etc). Really inappropriate! RealHosting responds to reviews with that people with a complaint seek publicity. In this case it is only because problems are not resolved and I would not know what else to do. We really tried! We have now been missing more than 5 days in traffic and our Google Ads are a waste of money. Employees sit in the office while they cannot do anything, miss emails, our backend is not working properly, and so on. I hope that this will really be resolved today and that we will not be stacked again ..

Al weer een aantal jaren heb ik websites van klanten draaien op mijn eigen VPS bij Realhosting en naar volle tevredenheid. Niets zo vervelend dat als er een site uit de lucht is je niemand kunt bereiken, Realhosting is er altijd. Zelfs al een een site moeten opschalen in het weekend vanwege grote bezoekersaantallen, ook geen probleem. Realhosting doet precies wat je van een host mag verwachten, top!
For a number of years now I have been running customer websites on my own VPS at Realhosting and to my full satisfaction. Nothing more annoying that if a site is down you can't reach anyone, Realhosting is always there. Even if a site has to scale up over the weekend due to large visitor numbers, no problem. Realhosting does exactly what you can expect from a host, great!

Bij een verhuizing van Domeinbalie naar Realhosting doet mijn email het niet meer. Zonder dat ik daar van op de hoogte ben gesteld. Na bellen krijg ik te horen dat de instellingen te vinden zijn in het controlepanel, waar ik alleen in kan komen met een bevestigingsmailtje naar het emailadres waar ik geen mail op kan ontvangen. Heeft me nu al weer een paar uur gekost van mijn leven, dus ga zsm op zoek naar nieuwe provider. Beste Realhosting: waarom bij een verhuizing mijn mail niet meer laten werken ZONDER me vooraf de juiste, nieuwe gegevens te sturen?
When moving from Domain Desk to Realhosting, my email no longer works. Without my being informed. After calling I am told that the settings can be found in the control panel, which I can only enter with a confirmation email to the email address where I cannot receive any mail. Has already taken me a few hours of my life, so look for a new provider asap. Dear Realhosting: why do my e-mail no longer work without sending me the correct, new information beforehand?

I had a quite complicated question, also involving other providers in other countries. So I had to come back a few times to the helpdesk. Erwin did a great job. Always fast in answering. To the point, proactive, already doing for me things that would have taken me ages to do myself. And he asked also for feedback on the online guides, which at some points did not cover my case very well. I hope you will use the feedback to improve the guide. Top Real hosting!

Since 2011-2012 I am a customer at RealHosting - and I am still very satisfied of their services. At the time I was searching for a provider, that was available by telephone, with just more services than the majority in this industry offers. Because, I am really not helped with generating a ticket that - with a bit luck - will be answered in two or three days. If you have a problem now, wouldn't you not like to resolve that as instantly as possible? I certainly do! That makes RealHosting very customer friendly and practical: to have the possibility that you can contact them by phone during office times. From the beginning the contacts were friendly and went very well. Asking questions, thinking along, resolving problems, you name it, and I was always helped in an appropriate and kind way. In non-technical language things are explained, so that it even makes sense to me, as an end-user, not IT specialised person. RealHosting shows that real service and clientcontacts are possible in this industry and they executive this in a very kind and service oriented way. I really can rely on them, regarding technical aspects, as well as the way I am helped. For me, the lowest price in the market is not decisive. I can understand it and I am willing to pay a little more, just to have this kind of service and responsivity. My experience with them is that I have always been threated as a client should be, professional and appropriate. Most of the contactpersons know me personal, although I do not have contact every week or every month. They all are dedicated and loyal, and are permanent contactpersons. In the beginning we contacted the owners/founders directly. Nowadays it is their team that is doing a great job. I really have the intention to stay with this provider, for my domain registration and hosting. No reason to look further, I really can recommend this provider.

Extraordinary bad hosting provider: I can't recommend using this to anyone, because of service but also technical possiblities. Long story short - Realhosting has taken over Domeinbalie, which was a great hosting provider. The taking over has happened silently and I couldn't be more unhappy with it. The service is non-existent, customer service employees are sassy in a not good way, SSL has been removed without me knowing and needs to be paid for now (2020 hello?) and overall just not a good deal. You can go elsewhere and be hosted cheaper and much better. Nothing to recommend here.
