★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Were about to sign a contract when they changed their mind and told us that we are not eligible to rent it. Before this everything was ok and confirmed in written by email. Very rude secretary. The agent is not answering the phone. I was deeply embarrassed.

When we moved in the house was filthy and had not been checked beforehand. We had to get a cleaning company to clean before moving in.
While staying in the house we had several complaints with the landlord. We received no support or arbitration from Expat & Property Management. None of the issues were resolved.
After moving out the landlord did not return our deposit to us. Again there was no assistance from Expat & Property Management to resolve the problem.

Charged us as well as the landlord (which now I'm learning is illegal)
We loved our landlord and our apartment, but this agency caused problems for no reason.
AND Even tho they charged us both couldn't even complete the services they said we paid for
run don't walk away from these incompetent thieves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company copied my picture for an 2000 euro apartment advertisement on Funda without my permission, and without an attribution to my name. They refuse to pay an honest price for using someone elses work, and even a simple apologize is too hard for Expat & Property Management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe good for landlords. Renting out "furnished" appartments where the furniture is a mix of 20 year old IKEA stuff that falls apart if you put a cup of tea on it. And you are the one to blame!! You get charged for things that are not even there, again, its the fault of your tv or something. Collecting a lot of money but dont deliver any service. All you get is bad attitude.
We had to make a list and pictures of all the stuff wrong or broken, because the survey was a joke. And we refuse to pay for the renovation with our deposit for damage, that already exists.
Also, since we moved in we try to contact them. Never hear from them again.
DONT DO THIS TO YOURSELF!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first impression is perfect. They seem like people who make you think that they know what they're doing. They seem very friendly and helpful. But afterwards they will not do what they initially promised. They will not answer your calls or reply to emails if they don't feel like it. They will keep stalling just in case they need you. Very rude, inappropriate and disrespectful company. Doing business when everything is going well is easy, doing business when there's a creative approach needed shows ones true capability in their field. I don't recommend doing business with this company at all.
