★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly disappointed in the lack of response from this agency. Numerous attempts to get in contact with someone to repair damages/broken items that should have been fixed prior to moving in. The apartment was on the market for more than a month but the kitchen and entire apartment are dirty the day we move in??? Amongst other egregrious issues that need to be fixed, being repeatedly lied to that someone will come and inspect and fix is just the cherry on top of this shameful organization. Necessary information about accessing the web portal, sorting trash etc not received but I did receive the bank details so I could send money. At this point I'm confused as to what I'm paying for. For goodness sakes there is a hole in the ceiling and a shower spouting scalding hot water! Worst agency ever!
