Besides great studio, I have also enjoyed quite a lot services of the agency, especially Diana who was always very responsive, quite flexible and very helpful! They were also very fast with returning my deposit - all was back on my bank account within 2 weeks. SO I am extremely happy with Expata :)

The Expata team, from The Hague, cared about me and my needs and helped me very quickly to find the perfect match for myself. I live in a great, clean, safe studio because of them. They work with new/freshly renovated, and professionally cleaned properties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Service- While searching for new apartment to move into, I was in contact with many real estate agencies and faced so many disappointments. I was surprised with the lack of communication and reliability that I discovered when dealing with some of these agencies. When I started my apartment search-procedure with Expata, I was in direct communication with Diana, who completely changed my experience with real estate agencies. Diana made sure that the communication went perfectly, she was very reliable and did her job till the last minute. Regardless of whether the owner chooses you between the candidates or not, through out the whole process you will be guided by someone who is doing all the effort they can, answering all your questions and keeping you updated. Even now after I moved in, Diana is still ready to answer all queries I have and to make sure everything is going well. I totally recommend this Agency. Thank you again Diana and Expata Team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a single studio in Den Haag at the beginning of December thru the agency Expata and so far I am very happy about the services and the studio I have gotten. Mrs Diana is a very kind and helpful lady and she assisted me in all the steps. Their replies to questions/information via e-mail are very quick and normally within 24 hours. Thanks to the great support of Diana, the process of renting the studio was quite quick, having everything arranged (from first viewing to the move-in) in a couple of weeks. Based on my experience until now I can recommend the agency and the services offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Do not waste your time with this agency.
First, they asked me for a lot of documents and to provide an interest form signed. Furthermore, a thousand of calls and emails for nothing.
In addition, they did not want to show me the studio where I was going to move in, explaining that the current tenant was still living there.
Finally, when everything seemed to be ready to sign, they sent me a Rental Agreement with a rental price different (and of course, higher) to the one initially agreed. Obvisouly, we did not sign.
They did not even offer an apologize or explanation afterwards.
Please, improve your customer service and stop wasting the time of serious and responsible people who, like me, are looking for a place to live in The Hague.
