Delft and Hague incl Madurodam tour- AVOID The tour promises to take you to Hague. The leaflet states- You will get to see the beautiful Houses of Parliament and the working palace of the Dutch king. NO YOU WILL NOT SEE the Houses of Parliament nor see the palace of the Dutch king because the bus passes it by and does not stop in Hague except for 10 minutes outside the Palace of Justice so you get to take photos. They will take you however to see a Miniature town where you can stay for 40 minutes or more and spend your money on the merchandise they sell there. It is a Con ! If you want to see Hague go on a train from the Central Station or airport. it is cheaper and it only takes 30 minutes or so to get there. ps i note that the wording in the leaflet re the above trip differ from the one on the internet. Have they changed it since I had complained, I wonder

Most unhelpful company I've ever seen while abroad. First of all we bought 3 tours the canal tour, ice bar and then "Madame Tussaud's" wax museum. On the way to the ice bar we lost our tickets and were told we'd have to buy more so that was another €50 on top of the €34 we'd paid for the initial tickets but as it was our fault we said OK and paid . It lasted like literally 10mins absolute robbery. Then we queued and went to madame Tussauds to be told after queuing these are the wrong tickets. We went back to the tickets and tour shop in Damrak back to the lady Barbara who first told us without receipt she could do nothing despite us having the tickets with her name as the seller printed on them. She said she didnt rememebr us.So then we found it came back and she says we can't exchange it or refund you money! That's another her €35 gone. I told her I asked for Tussauds wax museum but she then said I remember you, you asked for the wax museum! Which we didn't. Absolute appalling literally might as well have left €105 on the street and walked off. And then to top it off she asks do you want to buy Madame Tussauds tickets now!!!!! Total advantage taken of tourist's would never go back here just buy at the venue at least you know your guaranteed to get in.

Worst tour ever. Only interested in up selling various souvenirs and their chosen venues. We completely missed some attractions because of local festivals. Directed to certain restaurants but you have to pay for your own meal. Said they had water to drink on board bus but never offered. Charged for soft drinks. Demonstrations at "bakery & cheesmaking" just another opportunity to upsell. Ticket was supposed to include canal cruise but didn't!! We have taken many of these type of tours but this would be the most badly organized and unprofessional ever.

This place is why guided tours get such a bad rep. Probably the WORST guided tour we have ever taken (and we just spent two weeks touring from Budapest to Amsterdam)! To start with, we took the tour in Amsterdam to the Holland wind mills and the town on the ocean. The trip over was on a double decker bus with the same sentences repeated over in Spanish, English, and then German. When we arrived, they headed us off in mobs of about 100 or so. There was only one guide speaking up at the front, so only about the first five people were even able to hear what was being said! When we arrived at the first windmill, the owner could only speak English and Dutch, so there was no chance any if the German or Spanish tourists could understand what was happening. After that they took us over to a clothing museum, which was so cheesy I'm amazed its open still. He have us 10 minutes there (During which nobody bothered with the museum. We sat waiting on the steps outside), then we were rounded up and coerced into town, where he again proceeded to speak only to the first five or so guests. We continued down a rural street and winding through the backyards of the locals (which I'm sure they didn't appreciate) and onto streets that were meant for vehicles, NOT 100 plus tourists. At this point, I could continue but I think the point has been made. (Although there were 5 more stops). Last thing I'll mention is that they didn't even feed us. We were starving around 1 (and the tour promises time for lunch) and weren't led to a restaurant (where we played our own way) until about 3pm.

This tour was NOT what was "advertised". The bus was comfortable but 2 decks so lots of people. The tour guide explained in 3 languages. When we were herded around the only people that could hear the tour guide were those close to him. We went to places that wanted to sell their merchandise first & foremost. We had a tour scheduled the next day to tour The Hague etc. Didn't bother to go because we knew it would be more of the same. We have taken tours all over the world. This was, by far, the WORST! Save your money & buy a guide book!

Keukenhof Tulip garden tour...This was so disappointing! We almost never do tours. Thought we would try this one. We were cured to never do one again. What made it so terrible was the drive to and from. This tour was to be 6 hours however once on the bus and trapped, we find out it will be 8 Hours...It ended up being 10. 2 1/2 hours to go 45 minutes each way due to a local parade. The tour company knows this and still does nothing to address. Never go on a weekend! Way to crowded. Gardens are beautiful and it is cool to see the colorful fields. Unfortunately the driving time was so awful would never do again!
