★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Ich hatte vorab einen Termin vereinbart, bin direkt dran gekommen und man hat meine bestehenden Verträge unkompliziert und zu meinen Gunsten optimiert. Für mich ist ein Besuch im Shop immer noch ein Mehrwert, weil ich online auf bestimmte Details nicht geachtet hätte.
Nice and helpful staff. I had made an appointment in advance, got on it straight away and my existing contracts were optimized in an uncomplicated manner and in my favor. For me, a visit to the shop is still an added value because I would not have paid attention to certain details online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein ehr kleiner Telekom Laden mit begrenzter Auswahl an kaufbaren Artikeln. Wahrscheinlich aus Kosten Gründen nicht so groß wie man es von früher gewohnt war. Beratung freundlich aber auf wenig individuelle Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten. Es werden nur Standarts angeboten. Leider ist die Telekom hier nicht mehr flexibel. Wahrscheinlich hat sie es auch nicht mehr nötig weil sie zu den Markt führenden Unternehmen gehört und sich Qualität entsprechend bezahlen lässt.
A very small Telekom shop with a limited selection of purchasable items. Probably not as big as you used to be used to for cost reasons. Advice friendly but tailored to few individual needs. Only standards are offered. Unfortunately, Telekom is no longer flexible here. She probably no longer needs it because she is one of the market leaders and can be paid for quality accordingly.

Frau Grapetin was very friend and solved my issue immediately! Really happy with the end result and glad that she was there to support me! Thank you Frau Grapetin! ?
