★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not gonna lie, this place probably has the best tasting burgers I've ever had. Loaded fries are also really good, especially the layered ones. Nice location in the city centre, we come here every time we visit Amsterdam. Prices are also modest for Amsterdam, 100% recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will you get your food in a timely fashion? No. Will you even be able to place your order in timely fashion? No, they might even turn the music up over you just before you order. Will they get your order right? Also no, but I don't care. That's how good the food was. They ran out of beef (apparently for the second night in a row? and it was only 7 pm?), so we waited for close to 45 minutes. Didn't care at all though, the food was GOOD good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The burger buns tasted overpoweringly of butter-substitute, and the bread for the sandwich was too chewy. The fillings are good, so I hope they change the quality of the bread.
The side dishes were good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time visiting Amsterdam and most of the restaurants I ate at were subpar until I found Fat Phill’s. The lady behind the counter was very help and help me come to decision because of the delicious looking items on their menu. The Philly Cheese Fries were on point. Mouth watering to be exact. Lol. The chicken tenders were good as well can’t wait to try their burgers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered chicken tenders (order comes with four), seasoned fries and a coke. This is what I got: three tenders instead of four, fries are hardly seasoned and there’s no coke.
The photo is what I saw when I opened the box. It’s basically someone’s half eaten staff lunch.
Feeling so ripped off. The only reason they get one star is because the chicken tenders aren’t bad.
