★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought more than 50€ in this store. Not an Eu resident and they didn’t remind of the tax refund papers to fill in in order to get tax refund. They should remind tourists in Amsterdam of the tax refund. It should be part of their customer service, but they didn’t!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is fantastic - I love their style and the pieces they offer. Darrell helped me pick some items out, and he did a fantastic job with his service. Moreover, I called an hour after leaving as I did not get the tax reimbursement paperwork. His colleague answered, and they went above and beyond by having me text them a photo of the receipt, and then leaving the paperwork at a bar where I could pick it up after they were closed. Thanks for you help!
