p	privat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was nutzt mir freundlicher und sogar Deutsch sprechender Kundenservice - 2 Sterne nur dafür, wenn Ferm für Ihre Waren angeblich keine Unterlagen mehr hat o. keine zur Verfügung stellen wollte/konnte??? Einfache Sachen, wie elektrisches Schema einer Ferm-Drehbank sind leider ein unlösbares Problem bei Ferm. Auch die Versorgung mit Ersatzteilen für ein Fast-Industriewerkzeug aus dem BJ. 1998 ist nicht möglich. Eine ziemlich große u. schwere Drehbank ist selbst nach 20 Jahren gut in Schuss, es ist auch keine Pfeife für 3€, die nach einmaligem Gebrauch wegzuschmeissen wäre! Mit derart Praxis verachten Sie nicht nur Ihre Kunden, sondern auch sich selbst u. bringen den Namen "Ferm" gehörig in Verruf. Nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich keine Ferm-Geräte mehr kaufen - Ferm bleibe ich fern - lieber künftig bei ernsthaften Anbietern bestellen, die eigene Waren, Kunden und ihren Ruf noch pflegen.
