R	Rik van der Horst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij gebruiken Solarstell materiaal voor montage op schuine daken. Prima bedrijf. Fijn om mee te werken, niet duur, prima adviezen. Leuke extra factor is hun sociale afdeling met mensen met afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt. Ook de golfclip is een leuke innovatie. Speciale verzoeken is wat moeilijker voor ze maar ze hebben een redelijk breed assortiment. We use Solarstell material for mounting on pitched roofs. Great company. Nice to work with, not expensive, great advice. A nice extra factor is their social department with people at a distance from the labor market. The golf clip is also a nice innovation. Special requests are a bit harder for them but they have a fairly wide range.

De medewerker die de telefoon aanneemt is aardig en denkt graag mee met de oplossing die de klant wenst. Al met al een positieve ervaring. Nice company approximately centrally in the Netherlands. Make use of high quality materials. Telephone contact is super arranged. The employee who answers the phone is nice and likes to think along with the solution that the customer wants. Overall a positive experience.

Tot 6x toe kreeg men het voor elkaar verkeerd of incompleet materiaal te leveren. Dan zijn we 2 maanden verder en krijg je de "directeur" aan de lijn en deze deelt arrogant mee dat hij wel wil leveren met 3 weken levertijd. Nou, laat maar Very bad experiences with this company. Last spring supports order on 15gr. Up to 6 times it was possible to deliver wrong or incomplete material. Then we are 2 months further and you get the "director" on the line and he arrogantly informs that he wants to deliver with 3 weeks delivery time. Well, never mind
D	D. Leery on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hierbij het schoolvoorbeeld "Hoogmoed komt voor de val". Verkopen kunnen ze prima, het liefst zoveel mogelijk; advies is schaars en geheel vrijblijvend en soms uit de lucht gegrepen. Een dak uit laten rekenen kunnen ze prima, zolang als je alle obstakels maar eerst weghaalt voor het plaatsen want rekening ermee houden kunnen/doen ze niet. Klagen over verkeerde berekening heeft geen zin, ze berekenen enkel hun spullen en de rest is probleem installateur. Hoe uit de hoogte, arrogant ben je als je naar de klant uitspreekt "bevalt het je niet zoek je het maar uit of zie je het maar ergens anders te krijgen". Solarstell: Behulpzaam=schaars, Meedenken=onmogelijk, Kennis=Er niet, Kwaliteit=Mwah, Voorraad=Belabberd, Arrogantie=Ruimschoots op voorraad. Wat ben ik blij dat Solarstell(r) niet het enige bedrijf is voor PV montagemateriaal. Geen probleem hoor, die tonnen per jaar besteden we nu bij de conculega. Here is the textbook example "Pride comes before a fall". They can sell well, preferably as much as possible; advice is scarce and completely without obligation and sometimes out of the blue. They can calculate a roof just fine, as long as you remove all obstacles before placing them because they cannot / do not take them into account. Complaining about wrong calculation makes no sense, they only calculate their stuff and the rest is problem installer. How oblivious, arrogant are you when you say to the customer "you don't like it, do you figure it out or just see to get it somewhere else". Solarstell: Helpful = scarce, Thinking along = impossible, Knowledge = Not there, Quality = Mwah, Stock = Lousy, Arrogance = Plenty of stock. How happy I am that Solarstell (r) is not the only company for PV mounting material. No problem, we now spend those tons per year with the conculega.
