M	Martijn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt een top bedrijf. Na een jaar hobbymatig gebruik van een telescoop schuurmachine deed deze het niet meer 100%. Ik heb toen contact gehad met Cristina van de klantenservice. Na het opsturen van de schuurmachine ontving ik binnen 1 week een nieuwe. Zeer prettige en snelle afhandeling. Voor mij reden om vaker zaken te doen met Vonroc! A really great company. After a year of hobby use of a telescope sander, it no longer worked 100%. I then contacted Cristina from customer service. After sending the sander, I received a new one within 1 week. Very pleasant and fast transaction. Reason enough for me to do business with Vonroc more often!
A	Angelo Waterschoot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snelle vervangers geleverd als product kapot gaat. We hebben helaas al diverse producten kapot gehad, maar Vonroc levert snel nieuwe. Zonder vragen of andere opmerkingen. Kwaliteit is zeer matig en zeker niet geschikt voor prof gebruik, maar voor de hobbyist thuis een prima prijs voor dit gereedschap. Waarschijnlijk bij Vonroc ook wel bekend dat ze niet het beste gereedschap hebben gezien het snelle vervangen.. Niettemin zou ik het de niet prof aanraden om eens op hun site te snuffelen voor vervangers van hun dure machines. Fast replacements delivered if product breaks. Unfortunately, we have already had several products broken, but Vonroc delivers new ones quickly. Without questions or other comments. Quality is very poor and certainly not suitable for professional use, but for the hobbyist at home a good price for this tool. Probably also known at Vonroc that they didn't have the best tools given the quick replacement. Nevertheless, I would advise the non-pro to browse their site for replacements for their expensive machines.

Omdat ik zo af en toe een multitool, slijptol, decoupeerzaag, reciprozaag, schuurmachine en afkortzaag nodig heb, kocht ik dit gereedschap bij Vonroc. Ook heb ik de accu-klopboormachine aangeschaft, maar gebruik voor dagelijks werk een exemplaar van een "duurder" merk. Toegeven: het is geen A-kwaliteit, maar voor dit geld koop je nergens iets beters. Hoewel ik een paar tegenvallertjes had (boormachine klopte niet, en onlangs een defecte accu) is dit telkens keurig en supersnel voor mij opgelost. Absolute aanrader! Very service oriented company! Because I occasionally need a multi-tool, grinder, jigsaw, reciprocating saw, sander and crosscut saw, I bought these tools from Vonroc. I also bought the cordless impact drill, but use a copy of a "more expensive" brand for daily work. Admittedly: it is not A-quality, but for this money you will not buy anything better anywhere. Although I had a few setbacks (drill didn't work, and recently a defective battery), this has always been resolved neatly and super fast for me. Definitely recommended!

So far I use the polisher semi-profesionaly and so far it does excellent job. Great product in very good price and excellent customer service! Highly recomended!!!

I was looking for a drill and jigsaw set a couple of months ago, then I came across this unbelievably awesome company. They had a 20v drill machine + 20v jigsaw + 20v work light with a heavy-duty toolbag at a good price. But unfortunately, I missed this opportunity and this set was already sold out on their web store. After that guess what? The most helpful customer service I've ever seen helped me and we prepared my set separately. So guys briefly, this is an amazing company, I haven't tried all tools yet, but I'm sure they'll be great and totally fit my needs. Thanks again Vonroc. Great job;)

Then once it arrived, I discovered the amazing quality for a very low price and started ordering more power-tools. I now plan to start replacing all my ageing power tool and garden tool collection with Vonroc! I also really like the ‘direct to consumer’ and environmental friendly business model.

I also took it upon myself to buy an accessory set for the tool. Though they sent the wrong set, and it didn't fit my tool, i contacted them and within a day, they had responded and sent a proper kit. I've had an overall amazing experience with VONROC! You guys are great!
