★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je weet wat je nodig hebt en je wilt niet teveel betalen, dan is dit een prima fietsenwinkel. Persoonlijk zou ik hier geen fiets kopen of onderhouden.
If you know what you need and you don't want to pay too much, this is a great bike shop. I personally wouldn't buy or maintain a bike here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Via de website kan je zien welke (korte tov collegae) levertijd er op een fiets zit, na het bestellen wordt dit nogmaals bevestigd. Helaas net voor leveren wordt de levertijd met 3 maanden verzet. Na telefonisch contact blijkt dit meer de regel te zijn dan uitzondering. De site passen ze niet aan, al weten ze de tegenvallende levertijden. Bestellen is dus langer wachten dan aangegeven op de site………
Via the website you can see which (short compared to colleagues) delivery time is on a bicycle, after ordering this will be confirmed again. Unfortunately, just before delivery, the delivery time will be postponed by 3 months. After telephone contact, this appears to be the rule rather than the exception. They do not adjust the site, even though they know the disappointing delivery times. Ordering is therefore longer than indicated on the site…………

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eerder dit jaar een dure bakfiets van Gazelle gekocht. Deze moest helaas retour uit veiligheidsoverwegingen. Kan gebeuren.
Echter is de afhandeling door Fietsvoordeelshop weerzinwekkend. Het bedrag wordt terugbetaald door Gazelle en is inmiddels ook in bezit van Fietsvoordeelshop. Echter moeten we al 4 weken bellen om enigszins informatie te krijgen. We hebben 3 verschillende verhalen gehoord, maar er is geen enkele vooruitgang in deze zaak.
Het zou Fietsvoordeelshop sieren als ze het bedrag conform de afspraken stort op de rekening van hun klanten. De fiets is al weken geleden retour gestuurd, alle formulieren zijn goed maar het bedrag van €5000(!) laat maar op zich wachten met iedere keer een ander verhaal.
Nooit maar dan ook nooit meer een fiets bij Fietsvoordeelshop.
Bought an expensive cargo bike from Gazelle earlier this year. Unfortunately, this had to be returned for safety reasons. Can happen.
However, the handling by Fietsvoordeelshop is abhorrent. The amount will be refunded by Gazelle and is now also in the possession of Fietsvoordeelshop. However, we have had to call for 4 weeks to get some information. We have heard 3 different stories but there is no progress at all in this case.
It would be nice for Fietsvoordeelshop to deposit the amount into the account of their customers in accordance with the agreements. The bike was returned weeks ago, all forms are good, but the amount of €5000(!) will have to wait with a different story every time.
Never, ever again, a bicycle at Fietsvoordeelshop.
