★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The watch I 've bought was supposed to be new but there was a bump on the bezel (not detectable at the shop) and the garantee from the brand had in fact already been activated a couple of months before. When I've called the shop to present the problem and try to solve it, the answer I've received was "on the picture from our web site, there is no bump". I don't think this is a answer from a serious shop, I wouldn't recommend it. It seems that their only interest is to sell watches and not to "take care" of the customers.

I bought a Rolex watch with corresponding papers from a particular year as a birthday present for a person that was born the same year. When the watch arrived the condition was not as described. The papers were made black by black wedding - so the year wasn't readable any more. I phoned them and told if I buy a watch with corresponding papers from a particular year I exspect them to be readable. And if the make them unreadable they should tell me in advance. Mr. L. Filipucci told me it would be my mistake - I should have asked before. I told him that I want to give this watch back. He told me that the procedure to return will take 1 month of time - due to absence of his watchmaker. After having received it back they will check if it is in the same condition as they sent it out. This check will cost me 300.-€,( I can proof everything above by photos and emails)
CONCLUSION: STAY AWAY, NOT SERIOUS, UNRELIABLE DESCRIPTION
