★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Donderdag aan het shoppen in Maastricht. Had leuke trui en schoenen gezien. Dacht fijn neem ik op terugweg mee. Helaas dichte deur ondanks officieel nog open. Nog voor gesloten deur gestaan. Binnen 3 medewerkers die mij bleven negeren!
Thursday shopping in Maastricht. Had seen nice sweater and shoes. Thought fine I take on the way back. Unfortunately closed door despite officially still open. Standing before closed door. Within 3 employees who continued to ignore me!

I ordered shoes in the store, paid the full price and after not receiving the confirmation email I expect came back to ask- was assured it was fine but just taking longer than usual. After three visits and twelve days I was told the order had been placed wrong and that they couldn't get the product at all (same shoes were in store- I just needed a different size).
Long story short- you're better off going to Hudson's Bay where the Timberland section have the products and better service.
