 Very nice nice well-arranged store nice to shop there and good atmosphere. Certainly worth repeating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tommy Hilfiger is mijn favoriete merk met goede kleding, maar bij deze winkel kom ik niet meer terug. Ik ben altijd en overal heel vriendelijk naar winkelpersoneel. Maar andersom is dit vaker niet zo. De winkel was heel mooi ruim opgezet, maar het personeel was niet vriendelijk. We werden niet eens begroet bij binnenkomst, en er kwam niemand naar je toe om te vragen of zij je kunnen helpen. Ook tijdens het afrekenen werd er niks gezegd, zelfs geen "Fijne dag verder!" toen we de deur uit liepen.
Tommy Hilfiger is my favorite brand with good clothes, but I will not come back to this store. I am always and everywhere very friendly to shop assistants. But this is often not the case the other way around. The store was very well laid out, but the staff were not friendly. We were not even greeted upon entry, and no one came to you to ask if they can help you. Also during the checkout nothing was said, not even "Have a nice day!" when we walked out the door.

Door fout in hun eigen pin-systeem, werd de eerste pinbetaling geweigerd.
Dus ik direct opnieuw afgerekend (voor de tweede keer)
Bij thuiskomst geconstateerd dat ik wel 2x heb betaald voor 1 shirtje.
Dat zag ik op de bankafschrijvingen.
Gebeld met de store manager.
Weinig oplossingsgericht en onklantvriendelijk.
Bought shirt.
Due to an error in their own pin system, the first pin payment was refused.
So I immediately settled again (for the second time)
When I got home I noticed that I paid twice for 1 shirt.
I saw that on the bank statements.
Called the store manager.
Not very solution-oriented and uncustomer-friendly.
