★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude dutch lady stands at the service balie definitely could be a team leader or a manager she needs to be polite..i have seen her frequently arguing specially with foreigners. I have decided not to go there anymore although i live near by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spacious gym with all mandatory facilities including sports-drink, tea and coffee machines. Ot a good chest / bicep workout with the 1 day free pass offered. Only thing I didn't like was the lack of free water (in Australia our gyms have watercooler machines)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see a lot of negative reviews for this gym. However, my wife and I enjoy the gym for what it is. We pay a low monthly rate because we can only enter before 5pm on weekdays. During the hours that we are there, the gym is not busy. We are not seriously gym buffs but instead go for the cardio, light weight lifting and stretching. Low price and just enough equipment/space make this gym perfect for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just charge you money without being responsible for anything. It’s been more than a month since I canceled my membership and still waiting for refund. They don’t answer to my calls and emails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a good gym with sufficient equipment. Good value for money if you go early hours when it's not so crowded.
However, staff professionalism lacks. They are behind on cleaning. Staff is mostly unintersted in providing customer service and are hard to reach over the phone. There is a lot of room for improvement there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top location and gym is spacious. However it is worn down and free weight area is poorly equipped. For example, there’s only one bench press, one biceps curl bar and two squat bars. This is not enough for such a big gym in such a good location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having been recently completely renovated, the Fit For Free at Rai is the best ! A huge range of machines, all very new, make for a great work out experience. I use both the cardio and free weights section regularly and never have difficulty with availability of machines or their "state". To be fair, I do train at 6am but that's another bonus - they actually open at 6am !! The staff are always welcoming and friendly even at that early hour so am not sure who the other reviews are referring to :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give no starts at all. Worst costumer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Trying to cancel my membership for medical reasons for over a month and they make it extremely hard, probably just do they can keep taking my money. No phone numbers to contact whatsoever. Tried emailing them for weeks now and no answer. Extremely annoying experience. Do not recommend at all.
