β β β β β This is my first time using the Milon Cirkel and I was not familiar with the whole process. But thanks to the onsite coaches, Evelien and Tim, I was able to master it. 35 minutes of intense training was just perfect for me. It allows to build up my stamina, which is important as you get older. Besides the machinery, you will always have a coach asking if you would like to do stomach exercises - I might just do that.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting and one doesn't feel pressured at all.
Thanks Evelien and Tim. You are the best!

β β β β β Be really careful with this place, cuz once you give them your bank account, it is EXTREMELY HARD to cancel. My boyfriend has been really annoyed by their super inflexible cancellation policy. What's more, it is just ridiculous that they even kept charging a fee during the corona lockdown, when nobody used any of their facilities. Not recommended!

β β β β β I've been going every other day for over a week now -- and I must say, I really love it. Very motivating -- much more than a typical gym. It is highly structured, so you don't have to think -- you know exactly what you do. The machines are state of the art and collect your data. They have a well functioning app that tracks all your progress. It's a bit pricey, but I think it is worth it if it actually makes you go regularly to the gym...

β β β β β I'd approach this gym with great caution and advise to read the fine print because the staff's verbal commitments are so misleading. They claim free trial but they are not upfront about charging you non-refundable admin fees up to 100 EUR on your trial month. Subscription is very difficult to cancel even during your free trial, non-obligatory period. Very scammy, so if you are interested be sure to do extreme due diligence, review the offer several times. Not referring any friends or family or anyone for that matter. There are better gyms out there for lesser price.

β β β β β Be careful: staff may be friendly but as a company they treat clients in a horrible way. Not trustworthy at all. They accept only registered letters but define themselves being allowed to answer by e-mail.
Inconsistent communications with five (!) different people on the trial to get clarity on my options and finally termination of my contract.
I paid nearly 300β¬ for nothing - in lockdown times they do not deliver their services but give you no chance to stall your payments.
In a crisis people and companies show their true face.
One star as I have to give one star - would have preferred a zero star rating.
If you are interested in proper services better go for onefit.
