r	richard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik sluit mij aan bij eerdere posts slechte service. in februari een bakfiets gehuurd via de site en bevestiging gekregen dat dit akkoord was voor 3 dagen. Bij afhalen geen bakfiets alles was verhuurd in de hoek stond er nog een met kaartje er op niet verhuren. Die kreeg ik mee alles zou verder wel goed zitten met deze bakfiets. Tijdens fietsen voorrem werkte niet en na 15 km accu leeg 2uur bij cafetaria zitten opladen en na 5 km wederom accu leeg in totaal 20km gefietst zonder accu met 30 graden geen pretje. bij fietsenzaak uitgelegd en of ze dit konden oplossen voor morgen. er was geen reserveaccu geen andere bakfiets dus geld maar terug maar dan niet netjes probleem van vandaag oplossen maar gewoon 1 dag totale huur inhouden terwijl je nog geen halve dag een fiets heb gehuurd. Super slecht geregeld dus als je zo met klanten omgaat. Dus mensen kijk uit met dit bedrijf er zijn gelukkig nog andere fietsverhuur bedrijven in Rennesse die wel netjes zich aan de afspraken houden en daarna je vakantie wel proberen op te lossen. I agree with previous posts poor service. rented a cargo bike through the site in February and received confirmation that this was agreed for 3 days. When picking up no cargo bike, everything was rented out in the corner, there was still one with a card on it, not renting out. I got that with everything else would be fine with this cargo bike. During cycling the front brake did not work and after 15 km the battery was empty for 2 hours at the cafeteria and after 5 km again the battery was empty cycled a total of 20 km without a battery at 30 degrees no fun. explained to bicycle shop and whether they could solve this for tomorrow. there was no spare battery no other cargo bike so money back but then not neatly solve today's problem but just withhold 1 day's total rent while you have not rented a bike for half a day. Very poorly organized if you treat customers like that. So people watch out with this company, luckily there are other bike rental companies in Rennesse that do stick to the agreements and then try to solve your holiday.

E-MTB bought but unfortunately the engine was not good. Contacted and exchanged the bike for another one. Top service from Niels????
T	TOraX KROSS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Rad Verleih mit Klasse, hat uns 2 E-Bikes verliehen. Die Typischen Holland Räder mit vollem Akku und den Ladegeräten dazu, damit man auf dem Campingplatz oder Hotel die Akkus nach einer langen fahrt wieder aufladen kann. Die Reichweite im Turbo Modus lag bei 33KM wir schafften 41KM und im Tour Modus 104KM wir schafften damit 86KM. Bei der ersten Fahrt mussten wir nach 3KM zurück, da ein Rad leider nicht mehr Funktionierte, der Bosch Motor war anscheinend defekt. Man hat direkt im Laden ohne Probleme ein neues Fahrrad bekommen. Was vorher noch getestet wurde. Sie sind ein wenig Teuer aber machen echt Super Spaß in Holland. der Tour und Sport Modus reichen vollkommen aus. Dort wird gerne wieder das Rad gemietet. The bike rental with class has lent us 2 e-bikes. The typical Holland bikes with fully charged batteries and chargers so that you can recharge the batteries after a long journey at the campsite or hotel. The range in turbo mode was 33KM we managed 41KM and in tour mode 104KM we managed 86KM. On the first trip we had to go back to 3KM, because one bike unfortunately no longer worked, the Bosch motor was apparently defective. You got a new bike right in the shop without any problems. What was previously tested. They are a little expensive but are really great fun in Holland. the tour and sport mode are sufficient. Bikes are often rented there again.

Top experience and pick up and return was easy and simple. Also recommended for bike rental or repairs.

Unfortunately, this year we are disappointed with the result. The wheels that were rented to us were visually badly worn and the cargo bike announced itself during the braking process by a loud audible squeak. Worse than the noise, however, was the fact that the brake also no longer worked properly, which is alarming because many families choose this type of wheels for transporting their children. In addition, the staff seemed overwhelmed or haphazard when picking up and returning the bikes. For the cargo bike there was initially no charging cable and the notice that it would cost extra if the spare battery is empty, when returning no one seemed to be really interested in who just returned what back. Unfortunately, this does not inspire much confidence. Overall, it's a shame that we had this experience this year. I do understand that rental bikes in a tourist stronghold after the peak season have certain signs of wear, but here it seemed unfortunately that they continue to rent the material until it breaks apart - and at full price!
