2 weeks to receive my order (3 items) And ... ? I've only received 2/3 packages... Still waiting for the 3d one... But the money went away from my visa card in time ! What a shame !!!

I ordered a radiator, I got a message everything has been transferred to the transport company, but a couple of days later, once checking the tracking code, the message says the transport company has not yet received the package... so where is my package/radiator? Its cold in Belgium... :-(

Good service and delivered faster than advertised in the mail. It said i needed to wait 8 days cus it wasn't in stock. 4days later i recieved the ordered materials in a good package. Very happy about the service and excited to start using my new tool.

I'm satisfied. About 25 purchases and no problems. There were some delays, but after contacting Fixami via chat, everything was fixed very well. Of course, there are mistakes - only people are working there,not machines. I recommend the shop. - cheap and good quality tools and machines - conntact via chat fast and good - no problems with return items/refund money - good technical support.

Placed an order which has been shipped in 3 times. First parcel never arrived. After 3 escalations to Fixami customer care they finally confirmed that the there was a delivery mix up (delivered to the wrong address). They would make sure to solve it. Weeks later no solution at all. After spending more then 15 minutes waiting for an answer on the 4th attempt to reach out to their customer service no solution at all was offered because 'we didn't hear back from PostNL'. Most lame answer ever. Proactive follow-up would make a huge difference.

Next day delivery and great prices!! Once had an order that took longer to deliver than expected and they reached out to me and provided me the option to cancel. Excellent service.

Not new, just repackaged products! I bought a HIKOKI 36V for almost 1000 euros and they sent me the right device, in the wrong box with the wrong battery and the wrong charger. No instruction manuel, the tools and batteries were simply thrown in the box with no plastci support to maintain them in the box. The only explaination for it is that they got the tools from somewhere and repackaged them and made a mistake while repackaging as the gave the wrong batteries and the wrong box...nevertheless,the price was for a new tool and this is supposed to be sealed and with support in the box and the right batteries and charger...First time I was using FIXAMI and seduced by the price (100 euros cheaper than amazon on that one) but I would rather pay more and have something I'm sure is new !!! Got refunded almost all of it (after still spending hours with the support who claimed that was not possible) but still lost the fee that I had paid to get return possible (lost 5 euros at the end of the day, no big deal but for something they did wrong it is still upsetting). I guess when they don't make mistakes in the repackaging you wouldn't notice that you buy tools that might be display tools or returned from previous purchase tools !
