Easy to navigate through the website. Very easy to find products and pay for items on the website. Most satisfying aspect of your website are the prices and quick processing of products for shipping. Shipping and delivery of products was spot-on and done at Rocket Speed. I'd recommend the website to anyone who wants good quality products at very discounted prices in the market. Placed 2 orders. Delivery times 3 weeks and 4 weeks. They sent completely wrong item and then said they would keep my money until I returned it. On line chat not helpfull and evasive. You think I made this up for fun.Pic shows one of my order numbers. I have photographs of your online chat. Parcel was to be picked up by you as agreed, no one came. How about you contact me the customer ? You are still withholding my money. They have now had the returned item for over 5 workimg days and I still have not recieved a refund. suprise ? update after over 10 days they say they have not recieved the returned item. ho ho what another surprise.

2 months ago I made an order and heard nothing for weeks. Tried to call them, but the message says "at the moment we are closed" in the middle of the day on a Wednesday. I've requested a refund for my €150 tool order but no reply. It's like they've disappeared with my money (and probably lots of other peoples money) It may seem like they are cheaper but if you don't get what you order, is it really? If Gereedschapcentrum responds to this honest review, then you have time to contact me (you have my info) and process a refund for order 110488719 . Still I have NOT received a refund. Why are you sitting on your hands and not refunding my money?? What are you waiting for, Christmas?? . update 2: more than 2 weeks since I requested a refund and still nothing. One of the worst customer service experiences in the Netherlands. Read how many other 1-star reviews this company has, and understand why.

I higly do not reccomend shopping in this store. If the product that You want to buy has a status - Direct leverbaar! - don't be fooled. I have received an incomplete order many times. Without any email with an explanation. Only after receiving the parcel, you must contact the store and ask about the other items you ordered. The store replies that unfortunately not everything was available and it will be sent later. Remember, it didn't just happen once and not twice. Unfortunately, what I am about to describe is proof of how incompetent customer service or their management is. On May 6, I ordered 13 products. On May 10, 2 were delivered. I contacted the shop and it turned out that the rest were sent in a separate package. After contacting the delivery company, I received information that the package was lost. I contacted the shop and received information that they must start the complaint procedure. After a few days of waiting, I contacted the shop again to ask about the status of my order. I received information that the store is currently awaiting the result of an investigation by the delivery company. So I called the delivery company to find out how long it could take. And I got a very interesting answer. Two days earlier, they had sent all the information to the store. I called the store again to check if they had received an answer. The store claimed to have received no reply from the delivery company. I had to give them the date and time and only then did they manage to find the email. Then I was informed that the entire procedure will now take several working days - great. 3 WEEKS AFTER the purchase, I contacted the shop again. The service was unpleasant - because they told me earlier that I should wait. I asked what they were waiting for this time. Of course, they said that they were waiting for a reply from the delivery company because they still do not know if the package was found and maybe it would be delivered. This is sick. I called the delivery company again and asked if all e-mails regarding the complaint had been dealt with. They told me that they had arranged everything two weeks ago, they sent information that the package had been lost, that they would return the order value to the store. TWO WEEKS AGO! I called the store again and the service was unpleasant again because they told me to wait. I asked what they were waiting for - because the delivery company had sent them e-mails two weeks ago. They said that they have such procedures and they cannot change it. Over the course of several conversations with the store, I asked to get in touch with the customer service manager. There is no such possibility, they said. At this point, there is nothing I can do but wait. What is certain is that the store has lost a customer. I won't make purchases from their store anymore. They lost a client who spent several thousand euros already. And they are likely to lose more customers with such customer service.

Completely unprofessional approach to the client. I ordered tools 36 days ago for over € 1500 and still got nothing. The store claims that an investigation with DHL is underway, which may take up to 8 weeks! This is not the customer's problem! If you have problems with the carrier, it should be changed. In this store, if the carrier does not deliver the package - the customer has to wait without money and tools until everything is cleared up. Disrespect for the client who is treated like a liar. I would like to add that as a consequence of the shop's incompetence, I lost my job and my source of income. The company violates consumer rights in the Netherlands. I do not recommend! I advise you to stay away from this company.
