We had an amazig appartement it was a little too big but im not complaining
Overall I would surely come back to this amazing hotel
I hope this hotel is gonna be a 5 star it was great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply wonderful. Nice restaurant, cute rooms and simply the most wonderful staff. It’s like they can read your mind! We only stayed for one night but I would definitely would go again!

Single room is cosy, everything one needs for a short stay is there.
Compared to the price, breakfast is really good and fresh.
Basically, 5 min walk from the station, easy to find.
Wifi works good.
The only thing disturbing was the thin wall, I could hear even blankets moving of the person next room, apparently our beds were sharing the same wall ? And the room service knocks and opens the door at the same time ???, there was like no time for me to say “Yeah?” or “A moment, please?”
So, In the end, Would I recommend it to other people, yes I would! Just make sure you lock your door ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst kept 3 stars hotel ever. Dust in the wardrobes, dust in the curtains, ancient sanitation. Horribly old and dirty carpets on all corridors. Can't say much abt pwrsonnel. Haven't seen any. Except some not so friendly young girl at the front desk.
Fletcher Company would be well advised to quickly invest some real money in this pityful house. Valkenburg is a great destination. This hotel just isn't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed one night. Very friendly staff. The beds were amazing and we slept like logs that night.
A couple things were lacking regarding maintainance, a lamp didn't work. And there were toothpaste stains on the faucet from the previous guests. But overall a very good stay! The room could use some paint, but we are certainly coming back again! 4/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worht tree stars. Hotel looks good from the outside, and has a certain romantic look to it. The rooms are outdated however, and so is the sound insulation, showers and heating. Breakfast was okay, but don't expect anything fancy. Staff was quite good, I've seen worse staff in better and more expensive hotels. All-in-all I was happy to stay here.
