★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old fashioned, if you don't care about interior it is good enough, food is good, tram to city center and Scheveningen beach is nearby and big shopping "West" mall right in front of the hotel. Parking underneath the mall and at the hotel is free. View from inside the hotel on West mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a guest visiting Netherlands and I did recommend the hotel to him looking at the location and experience with other fletcher hotels, but I ended immediately regretting the choice as the hotel is very old from inside and the staff was not friendly.
Fletcher, never again for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Majorly in need of renovation. The current price isn’t justifiable for the quality of the room. The soap pump fell apart from touching it, the rooms have completely un-soundproofed interconnecting doors, beds are basic, no fridge, furniture incredibly dated… I could go on.
On the upside, the receptionist was very friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely how close it is to Mall of the Netherlands!! But the bathroom and the room is definitely old and in need of a new bathroom sink and bath. The tv, lights furniture are a bit old. But it was still quite enjoyable as staff is friendly and the location is nice.
