★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was not served hot.. service was pathetically slow. Took 40 minutes for serving 2 plates of pasta. Serviceability and slowness has become very bad at vapiano at the mall of Netherlands. This is my second visit at vapiano and terribly disappointed. Speed of service is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I intensely enjoyed cheesecake, while my friend had amazing taste of the death by chocolate. I would recommend this place at least for the desserts that they serve. Definitely coming back to taste more!

I have been a fan of surf and turf salad and what I got today I couldn’t believe my eyes (photo attached)! 3 small shrimps and lots of green leafs. Beef undone. Quantity shameful!!!!! Bruschetta bread was not grilled. Honestly , I am not coming back!

Eventually our food never came and we had to leave due to other plans. There were a few rude waiters who made it seem like you weren’t welcome there. Not a good experience at this Vapiano…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service even though the ordering takes place via a QR code at the table. A simple pizza took over 30 mins to arrive, and it came before the drink I ordered. I had to remind 3 separate waiters to bring my drink, 2 of whom were very snappy for no reason because I asked politely. Pizza was also very dry, so I most certainly won't be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food in the average Vapiano is good. But try to avoid this specific location! We where waiting way to long for our order and we never get what we ordered. The employees don’t care or you get your food or not. We was asking several times to a few different employees to make our order complete. Never heart from one of them again during our staying. This team really need some hospitality training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pizza ever had in the Netherlands. I order bbq chicken and gorgonzola. Both pizza were extremely cold, seems pizza were ready and just sprinkled raw tomato and cold bbq chicken. To make it further worst, I requested waitress and see again pit back in oven and got me burned black pizzas. Really disappointed after spending almost 30 Euros and worst pizzas. Never ever Vapiano :(
