f	faltura ! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Abteilung für Psychosomatik (Station 2, bevor sie zusammengelegt wurden) hat mir sehr geholfen, da ich zuvor aufgrund meiner chronischen Schmerzstörung und dem Spannungskopfschmerz, psychisch bedingt, jeden Tag direkt morgens Schmerzmittel nehmen musste und oftmals zur Notfallpraxis musste, weil es so schlimm war. Seit dem Aufenthalt dort ist es bei weitem besser geworden. Ich habe gelernt woher das kommt und sie ich damit umgehe, damit es besser wird. Trotz Corona gab es viel Programm. Die Therapeuten waren sehr kompetent und hilfreich und das Personal zum Großteil sehr nett. Vor allem die Bewegungstherapie hatte es sehr in sich, da es zum einen viel damit zu tun hat, in den Körper hineinzufühlen, was bei mir sowieso schon sehr problematisch ist, mit Schmerzen aber umso schwerer ist und das alles dann zu akzeptieren und anzunehmen. Wenn man sich aber drauf einlässt, kann das wirklich immens helfen. Ich hätte vorher echt nicht gedacht, dass mir das so krass helfen kann, hat es dann aber zum Glück, wofür ich wirklich dankbar bin.
