★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit einem Flyer werden Hausbesuche beworben. Tatsächlich sind keine Tests außer Haus möglich. Da stellt sich mir die Frage, was soll ein solch irreführendes Angebot bewirken?
Home visits are advertised with a flyer. In fact, no in-house testing is possible. The question arises, what is the effect of such a misleading offer?

Mein besonderer Dank geht an Frau Bauer, eine ganz liebenswerte, geduldige Akustikerin. Außerdem noch sehr sympathisch und engagiert. Danke für ihre Mühe und Geduld. 5 Sterne sind fast zu wenig. Noch ein kleinerNachtrag. Frau Bauer arbeitet in der Filiale Lintorf , übrigens sehr gut erreichbar auch mit Parkplätze. Gisela Rosendahl
I can only report positive things. Due to my illness, it took me a long time to finally find my hearing aids. My special thanks go to Ms. Bauer, a very lovable, patient acoustician. Also very personable and committed. Thank you for your effort and patience. 5 stars are almost too few. Another little addendum. Ms. Bauer works in the Lintorf branch, which is also very easy to reach, with parking spaces. Gisela Rosendahl

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2017 habe ich meine Hörgeräte nach guter, fachkundiger Beratung durch GUT HÖREN Lintorf empfangen und zur vollen Zufriedenheit getragen. Leider habe ich diese Geräte 2018 verloren. Bei der Wiederbeschaffung war das Team sehr hilfreich und auch kulant.
Fazit: die Bedienung war immer sehr zuvorkommend, kompetent und freundlich.
In 2017 I received my hearing aids after good, expert advice from GUT HÖREN Lintorf and worn them to my full satisfaction. Unfortunately, I lost these devices in 2018. The team was very helpful and accommodating with the replacement.
Conclusion: the service was always very courteous, competent and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor ein paar Tagen war ich zum ersten Mal bei Gut Hören in Lintorf und wurde von Herrn Hornbostel bedient.
Ich bin total begeistert.
Obwohl ich meine Hörgeräte nicht dort gekauft habe, wurde ich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt.
Nach einem Hörtest wurde eine Reinigung des Innenohrteils und eine Neuprogrammierung vorgenommen, ein defektes Schirmchen wurde ausgetauscht.
Das alles geschah in einer sehr wohltuenden Atmosphäre und ich kann endlich wieder sehr gut hören.

A few days ago I was at Gut Hören in Lintorf for the first time and was served by Mr. Hornbostel.
I am really excited.
Even though I didn't buy my hearing aids there, I was treated very kindly and courteously.
After a hearing test, the inner ear part was cleaned and reprogrammed, a defective screen was replaced.
It all happened in a very pleasant atmosphere and I can finally hear very well again.

Nach 6 Jahren habe ich bei Ihnen meine neuen Hörhilfen bekommen.
Mit den von Ihnen zuerst zur Erprobung zur Verfügung gestellten Geräten
kam ich sofort zurecht, und bei den neuen war es dann perfekt!
Das hat wohl Herr Hornbostel mit seiner absolut kompetenten Beratung erreicht.
Sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich; genau das, was man sich wünscht und heute nicht mehr so oft findet.
Deshalb werde ich Sie sehr gerne weiterempfehlen; der Bedarf ist ja in meinem Bekanntenkreis - 75 plus - vorhanden!!
