★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and nasty service from the buss staff. Asking for extra money for luggage just before you abroad. Food were not allowed, no break within 7 hours travel, disgraceful attitude from the bus staff, you will not save too much by using their service but feeling awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was closed by the time i arrived and there is no information or service agent to advise stranded customers. Thank heavens i bumped onto the information screen that has the bus schedules and numbers otherwise its so easy to miss your ride due to the hive of activity at the departures section. The i-screen needs to in a more conspicuous vantage point, visible to all and not hard to miss.
