Samen gaan we langs de beste koffielanden, drinken we koffie van de beste branderijen en ervaren we de passie die de koffieboeren, branders en, natuurlijk, wij in de koffie gestopt hebben. Wij zorgen voor de ideale omstandigheden met de best gezette koffie. Natuurlijk met wat water er bij en een heerlijk koekje. Also offer different types of grinding for beans, for different way of making coffee

My only complaint, the noise from the stacking of cups and saucers is sometimes overwhelming.
Another minor issue that is worth mentioning, the door at the entrance seems to have been installed backwards.
If you happen to be seated at the table at the very front of the shop, the door opens into you; had the door hinges been placed on the other side of the door frame, the door would open directly into the shop and bypass that table in the front.

Having been in Ethiopia, Kenya and Uganda a lot, with quite a few friends involved in different parts of the coffee value chain, I do have developed a knack for coffee, and savor each good coffee drinking experience. Yet, Fortin brings it to the next level: they know their coffees, how to treat the beans, and make the best coffee from each bean. They have a great sense for speciality coffees, provide new brands/origins on a regular basis, and accurately describe the flavors. At Fortin, coffee is always special, never 'regular'. One of the best places for coffee I have been ... in the world. Great job team Fortin.
