Hij heeft een goede en nuchtere kijk op de markt, in beide gevallen was er geen speld tussen te krijgen. In mijn geval moest hij ook een inschatting maken van de vele kandidaat-kopers en hun mogelijkheid om de financiering rond te krijgen. Dat proces verliep succesvol. Zijn courtage structuur was interessant en realistisch. Erg goed vond ik ook de lijst met documenten e.d. die ik moest aanleveren, alles was daardoor helemaal duidelijk en er kwam geen enkele vraag van de kandidaat-kopers of hun makelaars. Marijn is erg plezierig in de omgang en reageert snel en adequaat op vragen. Marijn Kroes helped my daughter with the purchase of her apartment and me with the sale of my apartment. He has a good and down-to-earth view of the market, in both cases there was no problem. In my case, he also had to estimate the many potential buyers and their ability to secure financing. That process was successful. His brokerage structure was interesting and realistic. I also really liked the list of documents, etc. that I had to provide, so everything was completely clear and there were no questions from the candidate buyers or their brokers. Marijn is very pleasant to deal with and responds quickly and adequately to questions.

Vragen die ik had werden in alle eerlijkheid beantwoord en wat hulp omtrent het contract draaide hij zijn hand ook niet voor om. Kortom, een hele sympathieke en oprechte partij! The contact I had with Marijn Kroes was accessible and personal. Marijn was the broker of the selling party, but sometimes felt like 'my' broker. Any questions I had were answered in all honesty and he didn't hesitate to get some help with the contract either. In short, a very sympathetic and sincere party!

Guillaume and his colleagues arranged the whole process, via email and whatsapp, wonderfully. From the first contact there was a positive feeling and a strategy to achieve a favorable sales price. The fact that they work with a bonus system already indicates that they have confidence in it themselves. Which in my experience has worked out well for both parties. There were many obstacles to the purchase such as 'right of use' for a sitting tenant and an unpredictable seller. Marijn took every issue in his stride and overcame them with professionalism, good humour, calmness and in depth knowledge. I cannot recommend this company enough.
