During the viewings, he was always there to point out the good but also the bad things of an apartment. I could see that to him it was important that I get the best apartment possible for the price and not just that I get something as fast as possible.
Since I am new to Amsterdam and the Netherlands I was completely new to the concept of auction-style offers. Here again, the help from TWM proved invaluable because they knew the historical and the "real" value of properties, as well as the appraisal value, and gave me very good suggestions on what to offer.
In the end, I found my dream home for a very good price via a personal contact of my agent.
