β β β β β The freedive course was really educational and fun with plenty of time taken to understand all the theory and properly practice all the techniques during all the pool sessions. We also had a wonderful sunny day putting everything to practice in the lake in Vinkeveen! Chris is a great instructor and makes everything very safe and comfortable, would highly recommend him if youβre looking to try out freediving!!!
