Location and setting are great, topped off with owners and staff being extremely welcoming and enthusiastic about their wines and food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily the best dining experience I had while visiting Amsterdam. We were lucky enough to come at a quieter time and had a very intimate dining experience, learned a lot about Italian cuisine and ate some delicious food. Would recommend Frizzanteria to anyone in the area or visiting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great atmosphere, food was on average but not same level as what I would expect from such a fancy looking place. The burrata salads were tasty. Unfortunately the linguine was super al dente, almost too al dente and my friends’ pumpkin gnocchi was not so much tasting like pumpkin. The owner and staff were very kind and I will definitely come back to taste some other things from the menu. Perhaps it was not my lucky night.

The portion sizes were decent with good service. Ultimately it was the quality of the food and intent with which it was made that won me over.
Very good neighborhood place and would highly recommend it!

Perfectly located in the south of Amsterdam, this restaurant offer a perfect meal for couples, friends, or families alike. It is clean and tastefully decorated.
The food is simply delicious. So much so I ended up having my main dish twice. It was that good.
Finally the staff were great!
I will be back for sure.
