★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een keuken kast besteld en vlot binnen. En was wat schroefjes te weinig. Mail gestuurd en gauw antwoord gekregen en s middags gebeld en wordt direct met de post bezorgd. Een hele goeie zaak.
Ordered a kitchen cabinet and arrived quickly. And was a few screws too few. Sent an email and got an answer quickly and called in the afternoon and it will be delivered immediately by post. A very good thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goede zaak! Mooie schommelstoel gekocht die heerlijk zit. Nergens goedkoper zo'n mooie schommelstoel te vinden. Aan te raden even bij ze in de zaak langs te gaan, dan kan je de stoelen zelf uit proberen en wordt je uitstekend geholpen. Aanrader!
Good thing! Beautiful rocking chair that is very comfortable. You will not find such a beautiful rocking chair cheaper anywhere. It is advisable to visit them in the store, then you can try out the chairs yourself and you will receive excellent assistance. Recommended!

They don't respond to email or to the phone.
I strongly recommend not buying from this website, it's a scam.
I highly doubt that the positive reviews are even true. Stay away and avoid to get your money stolen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 'Keukenkast Pasta – 185CM Hoog – Wit MDF' and it went all fine except delivery. Wrong date was given and it's not delivered the date they say. I also realized that they raise the price artifically to make feel it has a huge discount on their website. After several months the cabinet has some damages with a normal use. I reported it, and then they contacted to manufacturer, but then corona crisis appeared. Now they can’t do anything because the manufacturer suspended its activities and they don’t respond. I don’t know what to do with it. Seller must be responsible with the product. Edit: Today drawer is defected too. It must be in warranty and it is something you are obligated to do! You act like it is an extra service. The product is very low quality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away! I ordered chairs from this store in November which had a 3-5 day delivery timeframe. Afterwards I came on here and read the reviews but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. The time and energy I have put into trying to manage this has been so wasted. The chairs never arrived despite promises from customer car who I will say were extremely responsive always ( the one positive side). Eventually I was so tired of waiting I asked for my money to be refunded and cancel my order which they did. Yesterday I came home to find one of my neighbours had accepted a package which happened to be one of the chairs, I then realized they have a second on the way to me. I immediately contacted them via email to say stop the delivery as if I am not home I don’t want another chair delivered. The whole thing is a mess, I now am stuck with a chair I have to send back to them- they need to clean up their mess and collect it but I am not feeling like they can organise something like this. Stay away, great prices if you get your items but be prepared to waste a lot of time trying to them them.

We had bad start & poor communication . Now the company is trying to make things better and pick up the closet (the return transaction still pending).
Our impression about the quality of the product had not changed. Because of the 1st negative experience with customer service; It is unlikely that we will buy from this store again.
Yet, to be fair; we can leave it to the benefit of the doubt that this was an isolated case/ bad unit.
The original review has been updated from 1 to 3 and we will hold final judgement after the issue is settled.
We are cheerful that Furndaily was open to dialog... We hope this becomes a learning experience for their support team and that they improve upon their first contact with a concern customer and that their level of courtesy is on par to what it is now.

Do not buy from this store. Their product is low quality.
I encountered an issue during assembly and they are refusing to refund my money (considering that is within the 14 day legal return period) .I am resorted to go ahead and file a complain with Consuwijzer and my credit card company.
Stay away from this company... their costumer services offers no help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the chair from this store. The delivery time was stated on a website was 1-2 weeks. Almost 1 month later contacted them asking, what is happenning with an order. The response was, that the chair is sold out and can be delivered in 1 month or later. Nobody informed about the delay (1.5 months), which is not a good customer service.
