Bij Leen bakker werken ruim 2500 medewerkers in de 170 winkels, de distributiecentra, transport en servicekantoor. Elke dag zetten zij zich in om het voor onze klanten mogelijk te maken om van hun huis een thuis te maken. Zo stellen we iedereen in staat om van hun huis een thuis te maken.
Ons servicekantoor en onze distributiecentra zijn gevestigd in Raamsdonksveer, van waaruit de winkels en de webshop worden aangestuurd.
Leen Bakker maakt onderdeel uit van Investeringsmaatschappij Gilde. Gilde Equity Management is opgericht in 1982 en behoort tot één van de oudste en meest toonaangevende participatiemaatschappijen van Nederland. Sinds die tijd heeft Gilde geïnvesteerd in meer dan 50 bedrijven in de retail, food, dienstverlenende en maak-industrie in Nederland en België. Onder deze bedrijven bevindt zich ook woondiscounter Kwantum.

β β β β β Good value for money. Budget store for all sorts of furniture and home add-ons. Nice and decorative goods. Watch their promotions and folder if you wat to buy cheap.

β β β β β Good value for money. Shop assistant wasn't very helpful. At the end we bought the mattress from home on their web site. They charged quite a lot for delivery (45 EUR for mattress 160x200cm)

β β β β β Absolutely ridiculous. We ordered two chairs from this company for hosting our guests, It had gotten delayed and was not here upon their arrival but that is not the worst of it.. The chair arrives in three different boxes on different days and without the screws to put together. After waiting on the phone for over an hour we managed to get hold of a representative and asked for the screws to be sent out, reminding them that it is for two chairs we still had to wait two weeks for them but we did not have another option to pick them from the store because they would still need to be sent there and would take as long. They finally arrived and of course it is only one set of screws.

β β β β β Very happy with the staff in store. However the online customer service is disappointing and pathetic.
Ordered a cupboard which came with the wrong size back boards. After calling the customer service line, we were told that we have to pick up the new boards from the store as they refused to organize delivery to our home although it was a fault of leen bakker's.
Being new to the Netherlands, we do not have a vehicle and have to hire a truck to collect the boards, at our own cost!
I asked several times for alternate solutions to this issue as I found it ridiculous for me to hire a truck at my cost for the fault and mistakes of Leen Bakker, but was told that they can't help me and I can only collect at the store.
Absolutely disgusted at the lack of customer service!
