R	Rana Mahfouz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst costumer service ever, I asked to cancel an item from my order( one day after ordering) because it was 250 euro cheaper in other stores and they reacted in a very unproffesional and disrespectfull way and simply refused to cancel it. The salesmen are very pushy and they fool you to think that you got a very good deal while you were actually f*** up.

The set was delivered late in August with 2 big pieces seriously damaged with deep scratches on "Vitrine", broken leg of "Dressoir", broken foot piece of 'dressoir', and un-tuned doors on all of them. You could tell this from the poor way they had wrapped the pieces that it happened on the road. After 7 working days they sent me an email and made an appointment for someone to come in October. Slow client-service process, inefficient delivery, long waiting time to talk to someone in client service and ineffective/irresponsible problem solving. It does not match the quality of service which you would expect when buying a quality product.

They have a lot of variety and that makes it easier to make a decision. The salesman was helpful. Didn’t receive our sofa yet so I can’t review the after sale yet.
M	Monali Sarkar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there to see a sofa set,we liked a set,but it was a bit more of our budget,they made the deal with 1700 euro,but our budget is 1500..that day they said today a special discount is going on extra extra..but we had to thought about that because it was a bit more..after some day,we made our mind that ok we really liked the sofa and we will spend a little more,so after 2 weeks we again went there and the same offer was going on..we told them that we want to but that sofa,they just discussed with each other and the bigg boss came and said you have to give more 300 euro extra for the same sofa because u liked it.. means 2000 euro..but again I will mention..the same f…ing offer was going on..they just wanted to play a game or wanted to give a lesson to us..why the f….u guys r opening the shop..very very unprofessional behaviour.think twice to go there……

You have all the time in the world to test every couch without any pressure ensuing you find the right one.
